Your data, into your AI, on your terms
The SLΔTE MCP Connector is a way to bring your own SLΔTE health data into Claude, and other apps that speak the Model Context Protocol, and to log to SLΔTE through them. You add it to your AI client as a connector, sign in as yourself, and from then on you can ask your own model to read your records and to write new entries into SLΔTE on your instruction.
It is a thin, authenticated door onto the account you already have. It adds no new profile, no new place your data lives, and no ability to see anything that is not already yours. It is the same promise as the rest of SLΔTE, extended to the AI you choose to use: local-first, private by default, and yours.
In development. Authentication is available. Record-reading and writing workflows are still being developed; the capabilities below describe the intended scope. Availability depends on the current connector release.
The MCP Connector is separate from Ambient Intelligence inside SLΔTE. Ambient Intelligence works within the app across a person’s own record and the processing routes they choose. The connector is the optional route for using a separate MCP-compatible assistant with supported SLΔTE account tools.
What you can do
The SLΔTE connector lets your AI assistant work with your own SLΔTE data, as you and only you, under your own secure sign in. Anyone with a SLΔTE account can use it on their own records, whether you are here for your own health or you are a coach or partner looking at your own numbers. It can:
Read your records. Your own metrics (weight, steps, sleep and more), your logs, your schedule, your nutrition totals, and your recorded protocols.
Analyse your own data. Trend a metric over time, summarise your nutrition, and review your training history so your assistant can surface progress, patterns, and personal records in the numbers you already have. The connector hands over your structured data and your assistant does the analysis.
Create with the SLΔTE builders, saved to your own profile: workout plans and training plans, workout splits, recipes, shopping lists, and meal plans. Your assistant drafts the structure and the connector resolves it against SLΔTE’s own banks (exercises against the exercise bank, ingredients against the food bank, with real macros) before saving it as your own record.
Make a .slate file. Turn any recipe, workout, plan, split, or list into a SLΔTE file you can download, share, and add to your profile.
Log honestly. Record a metric or a food exactly as you state it.
What it will never do
These limits are enforced by the connector:
- It never suggests, recommends, or invents a substance (a medication, peptide, steroid, or compound). Anything from the Biochemistry side of SLΔTE is only ever your own records, read back to you.
- It never computes, adjusts, or proposes a dose. A dose is logged exactly as you state it, and there is no path inside the connector that can originate one.
- It only ever touches your own data, under your own sign in. Whoever you are, including a coach or partner, it reaches only your own records and never a client’s or anyone else’s, and it cannot use coach or admin privileges to see another person’s data. It cannot read or write your end to end encrypted data.
How to connect
Add the SLΔTE connector to your AI assistant as a custom connector and sign in with your SLΔTE account. It works with any assistant that speaks the Model Context Protocol. You approve the connection once, it only ever reaches your own data, and you can disconnect at any time.
